Bramble & Blade Paper Co. is responsible for deciding how and why
personal information is used. In data protection law, this is called
being the data controller.

Information collected
The information collected may include:

Payment card details are normally collected directly by the payment
provider. Bramble & Blade does not need to receive or store complete

outside the UK, appropriate safeguards required by data protection law
will be used.

How long information is kept
Information is kept only for as long as it is needed for the purpose for
which it was collected, including legal, accounting and dispute resolution
requirements.
Order and transaction records may usually be retained for up to six years.
Enquiries are kept for as long as reasonably needed to answer them and deal
with any related issue. Marketing records are kept until consent is withdrawn,
an objection is made or the information is no longer needed.
Information may be deleted, anonymised or retained for longer where there
is an unresolved complaint, legal claim or other lawful requirement.

Marketing and cookies
Marketing emails will only be sent where the law permits. Every marketing
email will provide a way to unsubscribe. You can also object by emailing
the studio.

shopping bag and checkout. Optional analytics, advertising or preference
